When Purchasing a Home in the Manassas / Prince William County VA Market

In the current housing market of Manassas & Prince William County Virginia, which includes the towns of Haymarket, Nokesville, Gainesville, Dumfries, Lake Ridge, Woodbridge & Occoquan, Foreclosures and Short Sales are prevalent.
